TAMPA, FL. - Landen Lewis visited victory lane at Bristol Motor Speedway on Thursday night claiming is first Jr. Late Model eSports win in Round Five of the six-race series. Lewis, who started 12th in the 100-lap feature race, worked his way up to the lead passing championship leaders Austin Edwards and Robbie Kennealy to conquer the Colosseum. Rounding out the top five were Robbie Kennealy 2nd, Austin Edwards 3rd, Nick Loden 4th, and William Cox 5th.

"My dirt experience help me a lot during this race, thanks to Ron Hornaday and Billy workman, they teach me a lot about these cars that I would have never known," Lewis said. "We could really get the inside to work, I practiced all week trying to figure out the outside line but after about 50 laps your tires would fall off pretty bad. I was just letting them run the outside so I could roll around the bottom and save my tires. Once I got clean air it was a pretty good race from there."

After a third-place Finish Austin Edwards leads Robbie Kennealy by nine points, he looks to keep that lead as they head into the Championship Round of the Jr. Late Model Esports Advanced Series at Gateways World Wide Technology Raceway on May 7th.

Registration is now open for the 6 race Jr Late Model NEXT Series that begins on May 14th at virtual Irwindale Speedway, for additional information visit: https://bit.ly/2WlGIIu
